Requirements
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to lead and support the full lifecycle implementation and optimization of Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge stakeholder engagement capabilities and a proven track record in delivering enterprise HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules including requirement gathering solution design configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients HR business partners and technical teams concerning PMGM processes and system functionality.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions adhering to best practices for performance and goal management.
Configure various PMGM components such as goal plans performance forms workflows permissions and rating scales.
Develop and execute test scripts support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver end-user training .
Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts to drive user adoption and process alignment.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and Compensation.
Required Skills & Experience :
Technical / Functional :
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors with 2 3 full lifecycle implementations of PMGM modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes related to performance and goal management.
In-depth knowledge and configuration experience of SuccessFactors PMGM modules .
Familiarity with integration points across SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central Compensation etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in the platform.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Project management experience is an added advantage.
