We are now looking for a Google Ads Manager to join our marketing team and help us scale our campaigns while maximising ROI. If youre passionate about performance marketing and eager to drive growth in a meaningful, mission-driven space, wed love to meet you.

What You'll Do?

• Strategically manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive high-quality leads.
• Optimise ad performance to meet and exceed key KPI, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Develop robust keyword strategies and audience targeting tailored to parents of young learners.
• Conduct ongoing A / B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights, and create actionable reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging, parent-focused ad assets.
• Monitor budget pacing and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across geographies and campaigns.
• Stay on top of Google Ads innovations and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive We're Looking For?
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and scale.
• Demonstrated success in managing lead generation campaigns, ideally in the ed-tech or D2C space.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills-comfortable with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
• Google Ads certification(s) preferred.
• Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and an eye for detail.
• Experience targeting parents or managing campaigns for products aimed at children is a big plus.
