Role Overview

In this role, you'll create content for our experiential AI-based learning simulations and talent assessments for clients across industries and geographies.

What You'll Do

• Design and Develop Content : Build compelling, relatable, and insightful learning simulations, videos, and assessment content customized for different clients.
• Learning Design : Leverage instructional design approaches or techniques to design compelling learning experiences for our learners using our AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with subject matter experts, clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into impactful content.
• Prompt Engineering : Craft effective prompts to build efficiencies in the content creation process using appropriate AI tools.
• Content Quality : Review content for logic, flow, relatability, and impact, maintaining a high standard of quality at every stage.
• AI Product Enhancements : Build exciting real world simulations using our proprietary technologies and contribute to our product building.
