You need to be a HODLer of these.

• 5-7 years of experience in public policy and government affairs, preferably in the technology / finance sector, with an understanding of the Indian regulatory environment and policy-making processes.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex policy issues to different stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and executing successful policy campaigns that have delivered tangible outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and teams.
