Job description

Promote RJS PHARMAs dermatological products to dermatologists, skin clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders in the skincare segment.- Regularly follow up with existing clients and address queries, concerns, or feedback.- Plan and execute daily field visits within the assigned territory.- Ensure maximum product visibility and coverage across clinics and pharmacies.- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by RJS PHARMA.- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.- Stay up to date on the latest scientific data, product developments, and industry trends in dermatology.- Attend regular product training sessions and workshops organized by the company.- Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and gifts as per company guidelines.- Demonstrate product application techniques, especially for creams, lotions, or topical solutions.- Maintain detailed records of doctor visits, prescriptions generated, and feedback.- Submit daily call reports, sales summaries, and market insights to the area sales manager.- Help organize and coordinate derma-focused awareness or branding initiatives.- Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical marketing and promotion.- Ensure all promotional activities align with company policies and local medical regulations.- Build rapport with chemists and pharmacists to ensure product availability and prescription conversions.
