They operate mainly through Medical Service Centers in key Operational hub environments located globally within the Medical Services Regions. Within these centres , the Medical Service Operations teams manage and utilise a variety of systems, processes and procedures to help ensure the suitable delivery of operations on the ground.

Job Description

Director Business Process Excellence, Mumbai Suburban, Health and Safety :

Process Improvement : Lead development, analysis, and implementation of optimized business processes using Lean Six Sigma and BPM techniques.

Operational Excellence : Modernize systems and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery across global Medical Services operations.

Technology & Local Integration : Align systems with local needs and tech infrastructure in collaboration with regional leaders.

Leadership & Strategy : Drive strategic initiatives, performance improvements, and operational productivity.

Partnerships : Coordinate with medical, commercial, and joint venture teams to enhance service integration and operational success.

Financial & Compliance Oversight : Support budgeting, performance tracking, and ensure global regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Director Business Process Excellence, Mumbai Suburban, Health and Safety :

Over 10 years of experience at the Director / Management level, with a strong record of leading process improvements across multiple regions and organizational levels.

Background in industries such as BPO, logistics, facilities management, complex supply chains, business consulting, and healthcare.

Proven success in enhancing business processes in complex, service-oriented environments.

Experience managing cross-functional, executive-level projects and working with field teams in global, matrixed organizations.

Skilled in data analysis, predictive modeling, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Experience leading global transformation projects, particularly in emerging markets.

Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process / system analysis, and full development lifecycles.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and virtual team settings.
