Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing : Use various platforms and channels to identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening : Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to shortlist candidates for further interviews.

Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Job Posting : Draft and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other platforms.

Database Management : Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment database.

Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Collaboration : Work closely with senior recruiters and HR managers to meet recruitment goals.

Follow-Up : Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and provide feedback as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment tools.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
