About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive user acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, content, and product innovation, offering a unique opportunity to shape how our shows reach and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution : Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and creative teams to test and scale campaigns across diverse audience segments at optimal costs.
• Show Launch & Performance Monitoring : Partner with content, commissioning, and licensing teams to oversee show launches, experiment pre-launch, and track performance.
• Product & AI Innovations : Work with product and tech teams on strategic initiatives, including scaling, retention strategies, AI implementations, and exploring new marketing channels.
• Campaign Analytics & Optimization : Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, identify challenges, and drive data-backed solutions.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, monitor budget adherence, and align initiatives with broader strategic goals.
