Job Description : Category Marketing - (Merchandiser)
The Merchandising Manager will manage the storefront end-to-end for Business as Usual (BAU) and Events, while leading the operations team. This role is also responsible for charting out the product roadmap for the storefront and assisting in driving impact through product interventions.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day content on all homepages & category pages across desktop (DT), app, and mobile web (M-web).
- Ensuring on-time, in-full, zero error content updates.
- Tracking and improving user engagement and moving users towards end conversion.
- Identifying opportunities in the user funnels and driving growth hacks with product teams for funnel improvements.
- Building the content strategy for Cleartrip
- Driving the platform product OKRs and delivering impact from product interventions.
- Having creative appreciation and ability to work closely with creative partners.
Qualifications
3-6 years of relevant experience in consumer internet platform roles.Knack for understanding customer journeys and tracking analytics.Experience in handling operations teams and delivering results through team execution.Stakeholder management skills.Interest in product building and ability to drive product charters.
