Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is a 7-year-old Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising agency specializing in cab branding under its brand, Wrap2Earn. With over 400+ campaigns executed for 300+ clients across 42 cities in India, we have established ourselves as a leader in the OOH advertising space.

In early 2021, we launched LytAds, introducing digital taxi screens in Mumbai for real-time, location-based advertising. Since its launch in November 2021, LytAds has successfully executed 100+ campaigns. Expanding our media footprint further, BuzzOmni was introduced to offer comprehensive media solutions across all advertising platforms.

We are now looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive business growth and lead our high-performing sales vertical.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to play a pivotal role in scaling our Tech-driven Media Agency, BuzzOmni. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead a team of talented salespeople, manage P&L responsibilities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Drive Business Growth - Identify and secure new business partnerships with agencies and direct -clients to expand market presence.
  • Develop Client Relationships - Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
  • Understand Client Needs - Work closely with clients to provide customized media solutions that drive impact and results.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline - Track opportunities through all sales stages and provide accurate forecasts for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead & Motivate Team - Inspire, guide, and empower the sales team to achieve their full potential and exceed sales Proven track record in direct brand sales for multiple media formats (Out-of-Home, Print, Radio, or TV experience is a must).
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising media.
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, and accountable for achieving business goals.

  • CTC : - 8 LPA - 10 LPA
  • Location : Delhi & Bangalore, India
  • Working Days : Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM
