Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform both manual and automated testing, ensuring functionality and performance of ServiceNow modules.
• Utilize ATF (Automated Test Framework) to design and implement automated tests within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Write and execute Glide API-based scripts for advanced automation and validations.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Identify, log, and track defects, and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
