We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Program Manager to lead and drive mission-critical operational initiatives across departments.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Youll collaborate with leadership, operations, product, technology, finance, and customer success teams to deliver projects on time and in line with strategic business goals.
Key Ownership & Delivery :
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional operational programs from initiation through delivery.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, and KPIs in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Build project plans, manage timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement :
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in current processes across teams or departments.Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.Design SOPs, process maps, and governance structures to scale operations Collaboration :Act as the bridge between business, technology, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively.Ensure team-wide transparency via dashboards, trackers, and executive reporting.Reporting & Metrics :
Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs to evaluate the success of programs and initiatives.Prepare executive dashboards and reports to communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics.Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to generate meaningful Management & Communication :Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in for new tools, processes, or policies.Create documentation, training material, and communication plans for operational rollouts.Tool Implementation & Automation :
Evaluate and implement tools for workflow automation, task tracking, and collaboration (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ServiceNow).Partner with IT or Tech teams to automate repetitive operational tasks and enhance Qualifications & Skills :Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Strong experience in running operational initiatives at scale, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL; knowledge of BI / reporting tools is a plus.Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) :
