About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified Cisco Trainer with expertise in CCNP Enterprise, Security, or Collaboration to join our growing team in Bengaluru (Remote). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, hands-on training aligned with Cisco’s official curriculum, preparing candidates for real-world scenarios and certification success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for CCNP Enterprise, Security, or Collaboration tracks as per Cisco’s official curriculum.
• Supporting Security Certifications as a trainer.
• Help engineers meet global security standards.
• Support technical requirements from ITSAR.
• Guide students through lab-based simulations, live assessments, and troubleshooting exercises.
• Develop and refine training materials, labs, and assessments to reflect current industry trends and Cisco updates.
• Provide mentorship, exam strategy tips, and career insights to students.
• Ensure high engagement, clarity, and technical depth in all training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training outcomes and student satisfaction.
