Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in A&O freight logistics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersUnderstand client needs and provide customized logistics solutionsActs as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMarket Research & Strategy Development
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, new business opportunitiesDevelop strategies to expand the company's market presence in air and ocean freightProvide insights to management on market positioning and competitive pricingCoordination & Collaboration
