Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create a marketing and mobilization plan to achieve admissions targets.
- Supervise and consolidate the efforts of the entire admissions team (Business Development Executives, Tele callers, Assistant Managers-Admissions).
- Formulate and execute the Admission / Enrolment Plan in consultation with the Project Manager and Placement Manager, aligning with assigned targets.
- Ensure effective execution of the Academy's Admission / Enrolment Plan.
- Act as a mentor and motivator for the Admissions Team.
- Develop periodic reporting templates for business development and senior management, and submit relevant reports.
- Hold regular meetings with the business development team and tele callers, suggesting changes based on reported developments.
- Arrange for the development of a database of potential students for follow-up.
- Arrange and conduct Academy visits for prospective students and their families.
- Conduct seminars and presentations, both within and outside the Academy, about the courses to support Business Development Executives in lead generation.
- Support counsellors in mobilizing visitors with the goal of converting visits into admissions.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the assigned territory and identify clusters for potential students in collaboration with Business Development Executives, providing guidance to them.
- Collaborate with NGOs, organizations, community leaders, educational institutes, and government departments to reach out to students.
- Support and guide tele callers in managing all calls, improving call quality, and maintaining records of all incoming calls as per CRM format.
- Counsel walk-in students to convert them into admissions.
- Keep the team updated on the courses offered by the Academy, including any changes over time.
- Maintain a database of parents / guardians / prospective students visiting the Academy, including their educational qualification, profession, and annual income in the specified format.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the Student Admission / Enrolment Process in the education sector.
