Job summary :

This position will be responsible for supporting the IT department in managing and enhancing the organization's technology infrastructure, with a specific focus on leveraging AI technologies to improve processes and business operations. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and overseeing the implementation of advanced IT solutions to drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities :

IT strategy and Planning :

• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for technological innovation to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor the IT team to build organizational IT capabilities.
• Optimize IT footprint through green IT practices, energy-efficient hardware, and virtualization.
• Lead pilot projects using AI & machine learning
• Measure ROI and performance of new technologies, iterating as needed.
