This is a contract Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Compliance with Labor Laws knowledge
• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
