Digital Marketing Manager
with strong expertise in
Google Ads
especially
Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
to lead our paid digital efforts and drive customer acquisition at scale. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with product, content, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Display) with a focus on ROI and lead quality. Develop audience targeting strategies aligned with fintech customer personas. Continuously analyze performance data and implement A / B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Manage digital marketing budgets and report on ROI and key performance metrics. Work closely with product and analytics teams to align paid strategy with product offerings and customer journeys. Keep up to date with fintech trends, Google Ads platform changes, and new digital advertising opportunities.
Requirements Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience
in Google Ads (Search, Display & Performance Max). Proven track record of managing monthly budgets with measurable lead generation / conversion outcomes. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Experience working in or with fintech or tech-driven companies (preferred). Understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
