C2H IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top talent for our client's needs. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and offers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to drive team performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for talent.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2- 5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.Proven experience with C2H recruitment processes and strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Desired Characteristics
