We are urgently looking for a skilled Fitter to join our manufacturing unit in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision machining, equipment fitting, and machine maintenance.Key Responsibilities : Turning & Fitting Work : Operate lathe machines for turning, threading, and precision machining.Perform fitting, assembly, and alignment of mechanical components and equipment.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Machine Operation & Maintenance : Set up, adjust, and maintain turning and milling machines.Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure machines are functioning properly.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment as needed.Quality Control & Safety : Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Document work processes and maintenance logs as required.Qualifications & Experience : ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Turner / Fitter trade preferred).0-2 years of experience in turning, fitting, or machining in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in operating lathe machines and other workshop tools.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety practices.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Skills : Precision machining skills.Mechanical troubleshooting.Attention to detail and quality focus.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Salary & Benefits : Competitive salary based on experience.Overtime pay and incentives (if applicable).Opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.Provident fund, ESI, and other statutory benefits.
