Role Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Securitization Finance
Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of
our securitization transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth
communication between all stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage the daily operational activities of securitization transactions (ABS, MBS & other
Structured Finance Products), including cash flow management, payment processing, and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required transaction documentation, including offeringdocuments, deal agreements, and ongoing reporting.
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including borrowers, investors, rating agencies,auditors, and legal counsel, to ensure seamless communication and execution of transaction requirements.
Review and analyze loan-level data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with transactionterms and conditions.
Assist in the identification and resolution of any operational issues, working closely with relevant parties toimplement solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including monitoring andreporting on risk factors and performance metrics.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, proactivelyrecommending and implementing improvements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current market trends, regulatory developments, and industry bestpractices related to securitization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverseteams and external stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial modeling andanalysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
