Deeply understand the end-to-end airline customer journey, from booking and check-in to in-flight experience, baggage handling, and post-travel support.Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring solutions enhance passenger satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements & Prioritization :
Translate strategic objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with engineering, design (UX / UI), data analytics, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.Facilitate communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Performance Monitoring & Optimization :
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and track performance post-launch.

Stay abreast of airline industry trends, technological advancements, and relevant regulatory requirements (e. , IATA standards, airport regulations, cybersecurity in aviation).Identify potential challenges and opportunities arising from industry shifts.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong understanding of the airline industry ecosystem, including passenger service systems (PSS), reservation systems, revenue management, loyalty programs, and operational systems.Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on successful software products.Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.Ability to think strategically and translate complex business problems into clear product solutions.Experience with product management tools (e. , Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard).Preferred (Bonus) Skills :
