Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship team in the real estate and civil construction sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing end-to-end customer interactions, handling post-sales processes, and leading a team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a CRM team, ensuring clear task allocation, performance tracking, and team development.
- Oversee the complete post-sales process, from booking to handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Supervise the preparation and execution of customer documentation including Agreements for Sale, payment schedules, allotment letters, and registration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects – for timely deliverables.
- Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on customer payments, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Regularly review and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and communications.
- Train and mentor team members on customer service practices and systems.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports on team performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and escalation summaries.
- Plan and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5 to 10 years of experience in real estate or civil construction CRM roles, with at least 2 years of team management experience.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) and MS Office tools.Sound knowledge of RERA regulations, documentation processes, and real estate compliance.Preferred Attributes :
Prior experience in managing post-sales CRM for residential or commercial projects.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.How to Apply :
