About the Role
As the Human Resource Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our culture, people
strategy, and operations. You will lead and scale HR initiatives across talent acquisition,
employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role is ideal for

excited about building HR processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy Development
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and mission.
- Implement frameworks and policies to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Align HR practices with industry best practices and company objectives.
2.Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments : wellness, marketing, tech, and ops.Create compelling job descriptions and manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Forecast and fulfill staffing needs with department heads.Build and maintain employer branding strategy and internal communication campaigns.Position Alpha Revival as an employer of choice in wellness and healthtech sectors.3. Employee Relations & Culture
Cultivate an inclusive, creative, and psychologically safe work environment.Serve as a trusted partner for leadership and employees on HR-related concerns.Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and DEI efforts.Plan and execute engagement programs, wellness drives, and team-building events.4. Performance & Growth Management
Define and manage KRAs, performance appraisal cycles, and learning goals.Oversee performance management including coaching, feedback, and goal-setting.Identify and implement upskilling and leadership development opportunities.Use HR metrics and feedback to recommend improvements and track growth.5. Compliance & HR Operations
Maintain and enforce HR policies in line with Indian labour laws (PF, ESIC, POSH).Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee records.Ensure conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions are fair, confidential, and empathetic.Ensure documentation standards are met and up-to-date.6. HR Policy & Budgeting
Create and update policies that reinforce company culture and ensure compliance.Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.7. Operational Excellence
Optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding, promotions, internal mobility, and offboarding.Coordinate with third-party vendors and HRMS platforms.Monitor analytics to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.8. Global Alignment
Share best practices and support consistency across potential cross-regional operations.Ensure familiarity with global employment laws and international labour best practices.Requirements
4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in wellness, SaaS, design, or startup environments.Proven ability to lead recruitment, engagement, compliance, and employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementation.Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (SHRM / HRCI preferred).What We Offer
