Purpose of the Role :
The role of HR Business Partner will be that of a strategic and consultative role, acting as a bridge between HR and business functions to deliver high-impact People initiatives for business success.
As a part of COE, to drive Change management projects aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner closely with CXOs & people to understand priorities, workforce challenges, and talent needs
- Provide insights and data-backed recommendations for workforce planning & management
2. Employee Engagement
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive, connected, and vibrant workplace culture.Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams through leadership connects, cultural events, and on-ground interactions.3. New HR Initiatives & Projects
Drive and support new HR initiatives that promote continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.Contribute to the development of employee-centric frameworks, policies, and digital transformation projects.4. HR Governance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure organizational level adherence to HR policies, Code of conduct, and statutory normsFacilitate timely documentation and resolution of ER / IR issues in coordination with relevant stakeholdersMaintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reports for business review and corporate reportingAny other activities which are to be added from time to time, based on business / Organizational requirements.Qualifications :
Full Time MBA - HR from Premier B - School / recognized University8 - 12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to business partnering in Indian or multinational setupsFunctional Competencies :
