This role specifies the accountability for Procurement, Master Data Management and Governance model for Vendor master data governance, Materials & Procurement business data governance & Initiatives. Highly focused on the data cleansing, enrichment & data mapping to support the Quality data governance objectives. These responsibilities will enable and provide an opportunity to drive the continual improvement projects to bring the change in process management.

Master Data & Process capability has enabled the Procurement business data and systems work together to ensure the uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency, and accountability of the enterprises official shared master data assets. Master data represents "data about the business entities that provide context for business transactions & associated processes.

What You Will Do

• Responsible to steward the procurement data attributes.
• Drive the master data management capability objectives to enrich the data quality & governance model.
• Assess the daily ticket management for vendor master and materials master data governance capability.
• Assess the supplier onboarding capability through SAP Ariba Supplier life cycle performance. Drive the supplier registration and qualification processes.
• Accountable for the data quality and accuracy of the master data.
• Data cleansing, enrichment and data deduping for the accountable capabilities.
• Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to enhancements of master data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing data framework in accordance with the master data to meet the quality data adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy.
• Process the data analyzing, detecting, and correcting (or removing) corrupt or inaccurate records from a record set, table, or database and refers to identifying incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, or irrelevant parts of the data and then replacing, modifying, or deleting the dirty or coarse data.
• To be work for process account capabilities and initiatives of vendor master, and Procurement data management (SAP, SAP Ariba, Data Intelligence platform).
• Ability to understand the global process and policies to execute the tasks.
• Specialized skill deliveries for additional assignment based upon the business and Management expectation.
• Undertake any other relevant assignment as directed by supervisor or functional head.
• Flexible to work as per business requirement on job rotation and new assignment or transition job.
• Build analytics visualization that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer requirement, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• On demand ad-hoc assignment support Cross functional department or vertical.
