Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our mid-level team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis to drive product decisions through insights derived from user data and market trends.
• Experience in UX / UI design to effectively collaborate with design teams in creating user-friendly digital spaces.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive user research, prioritizing end-user needs and feedback to enhance product development.
• Competence in market analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities for product enhancement.
• Skills in competitive analysis to benchmark against competitors and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
• Proficient in product roadmapping (Mandatory skill) to strategically plan and map out the lifecycle and development path of products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate product vision and progress.
• Adept at cross-functional collaboration, functioning efficiently within a diverse team to achieve product objectives.
