EY - Generative AI Engineer

About Us :

We are looking for a client-focused Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer to join our Consulting practice. This role requires both technical expertise and consulting acumen to design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging the latest in Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

As part of our AI & Digital Innovation team, You will work with senior stakeholders to define Gen AI solutions and build POCs, MVPs, and full-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Gen AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) for use cases like document summarization, intelligent search, knowledge agents, and chat assistants.
• Build Agentic AI systems using frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, enabling autonomous workflows, multi-agent collaboration, and task orchestration.
• Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs), MVPs, and production-ready applications for clients
• Integrate Gen AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, using REST APIs and workflow tools.
• Conduct prompt engineering, RAG pipeline design, tool chaining, and memory integration for intelligent agents.
• Participate in client workshops, technical presentations, and solution demos.
