Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining the end-to-end operations involved in debt transactions. This includes overseeing data collection, documentation, compliance, risk monitoring, and coordination with lenders and service providers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support the complete lifecycle of debt transactions from initial data collection to final documentation.
- Coordinate and process payments related to debt-raising activities.
- Liaise with service providers and maintain strong relationships with all lenders.
- Monitor and report on operational risks and control issues.
- Ensure ongoing compliance of lending counterparties with all agreed covenants and facility requirements.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and research to support new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Track and maintain records of key deal terms and conditions for all debt-related transactions.
- Assist in updating and enhancing internal policies, procedures, and process documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a fintech NBFC or financial institution.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.High level of proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
