Internshala is home to the largest college students & fresher talent pool in the country, and our mission is to get every student the best possible start to their careers. So far, businesses (180K of them) have been using the platform in self-serve mode on a freemium model for entry-level hiring. Now, we want to deepen the engagement and relationship with high-value key accounts by offering end-to-end solutions for their training & hiring needs for entry-level roles.

What will you do?

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Key Account Manager - B2B to launch and scale our on-ground sales efforts. As the first few initial hires in this function, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction and significantly contribute to Internshala’s growth story. If you enjoy creating something from scratch, love meeting people, and have the drive to close deals, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy to acquire new business and clients.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through on-ground visits, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in field sales , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR Tech, SaaS sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required
