Job Summary :
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading the regional sales function, developing high-performing teams, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will play a critical role in motivating Core Leaders to recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing Associates, ensuring continuous team growth and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and mentor the core sales leadership team.
- Drive recruitment, training, and retention of new Associates across all sales teams.
- Design and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Set and track performance metrics to ensure team targets and individual KPIs are achieved.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture with strong accountability and ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Product, and HR to support growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in a team-driven, target-oriented industry.
