Role Overview Lead and drive a team of Lead Owners and Success Managers to achieve a monthly revenue target of $180,000. Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor key metrics, coach team members, and utilize your existing network of 100+ enterprise decision-makers to close high-value deals. Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in the US staffing / consultancy space.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Strategy : Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to meet $180K revenue goals.Team Leadership : Mentor, motivate, and conduct call-listening sessions and one-on-one reviews with your team.Performance Coaching : Identify underperformers and create targeted improvement plans to turn them into top performers.Client Engagement : Leverage your 100+ enterprise contacts (with decision-makers) to build relationships and close deals.Hands-On Contribution : Act as an Individual Contributor when needed (especially during training) to model best practices.Reporting & Analytics : Monitor sales metrics, provide forecasts, and optimize the sales process for maximum results.Desired Candidate Profile
7+ Years Team Management : Proven leadership in US staffing / consultancy, with stable career history.High-Value Sales : Demonstrated success meeting / exceeding $150K+ monthly targets.Existing Network : Must already have at least 100+ enterprise client contacts with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CXOs).Coaching Mindset : Skilled at turning bottom performers into high achievers through structured coaching.Data-Driven : Adept at using CRMs, analyzing KPIs, and making informed decisions for revenue growth.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
