We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and hands-on experience in IPO planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
• Oversee audits, risk management, and investor relations
• Drive and manage all activities related to IPO readiness and listing CA or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
• Deep understanding of IPO processes, SEBI regulations, and financial structuring
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
