As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for scheduling posts, executing social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing communities and creating reports.
- Candidates should be willing to travel to Malad. Agency experience is a bonus
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and target audience.Create captivating content for various social media platforms, collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and copy.Coordinate, plan and actively participate on camera for shootsManage the social media calendar and schedule posts for all brands across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and .Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Ensure follower growth on all platforms for all brands month on monthWork closely with the team to ensure that social media strategies align with overall client goals and objectives.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.Maintain a strong understanding of our clients' brand identity and voice to ensure consistency across all social media channels.Track key social media metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports showcasing insights and recommendations for optimization. Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in our industry. Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute engaging campaigns that align with brand objectives. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring deliverables are met and partnerships are beneficial to bothparties.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing and content creation, preferably in a similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and engaging copy. Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent writing and grammar skills is a must.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project simultaneouslyExperience in influencer marketing, including campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis.Flexible in working on weekends for scheduling posts and community managementProficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)If you are a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for social media, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
