Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Understand the target audience, product range, and application details to create content and develop a content bank for social media.
- Generate content for social media, ensuring alignment with the target audience, product range, applications, and features.
- Develop engaging and impactful content and videos for YouTube. This includes managing the end-to-end process of video content creation, including scriptwriting, storyboard development, shot selection, and basic editing for in-house generated videos. Likewise plan and structure the briefs and requirements for agency developed videos.
- Ensure all content is published on schedule by coordinating with agencies meeting deadlines and following content calendar.
- Support new campaigns and marketing initiatives, including short videos and creative assets.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, manage partnerships, and track ROI to measure effectiveness.
- Coordinate with agencies to streamline content creation, publication, and promotional activities.
- Analyze trends and generate creative content ideas, proposing innovative content formats to enhance engagement.
- Monitor page performance and social media post analytics, assessing content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Conduct influencer research based on brand and product requirements, establish partnerships, negotiate costs, and track performance.

Qualifications :
Graduation, post-graduation will be preferable2 to 4 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing, content creation, communication development, video creation, performance marketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSpecific skills / Personal attributes :
