- Lead Leadership Development Programs for senior management and high-potential employees, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
- Design and deploy scalable learning programs across diverse regions and functions, ensuring consistent quality and impact.
Corporate & Functional Training :
Design and deliver training programs for corporate functions (Finance, HR, Technology, Sales, Customer Service)Ensure alignment of functional training with business objectives and role-specific competencies.Implement e-learning platforms and blended learning solutions to provide flexible learning options.Managing Distributed Workforce Training :
Design and manage learning initiatives for employees across distributed locations in India.Ensure consistent training quality and delivery across multiple regions and branches.Learning Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement :
Define and track learning metrics (KPI / ROI) to measure the impact of learning initiatives. Regularly review and refine training content based on feedback and evolving business needs.Essential Experience :
13+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Leadership Training. - Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership training and functional training across distributed locations. - Expertise in leading L&D initiatives across diverse business functions (Sales, Finance, Technology, HR). - Strong understanding of OD frameworks, competency development, and talent management. - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
