6.City Lead – Travel Operations & Agent Network 2 - 5 years

Position : Territory Manager

Experience - 1.5 - 5 Years

CTC- 4 LPA to 4.5 LPA

Work Location :  Rajahmundry (1) , Eluru (1) Ernakulam (1) - ( 3 openings )

N.P- Immediate or 15 Days

Experience from any Industries :  E-commerce, Travel & Tourism, Hotel & Hospitality, FMCG, Fintech / payment.

Targeting Functional Areas - Operations & Sales  (80% Operations & 20% Sales)

Job Description : Sales : -

• Owning offline bus ticket sales in the region through travel agents and keeping a daily account
• Achieving ticket sales targets and agents onboarding numbers, educating and training agents

regarding our B2B portal

Operations : -

arrival & departure

Regular coordination with bus operators and their staff to fix bus related issues within stipulated time Handle ground staff like bus captains, driver / helpers and ensure compliance & SOP implementation

Execution of centrally devised offline promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the city

REQUIREMENTS

1. 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in sales / operations preferably in the travel and hospitality domain.

2. Should be comfortable with dynamic working hours including late / early hours.

Usual work timings would be 11AM – 10PM.

Availability on the phone might be required even during non-working hours

3. Good communication and ability to manage ground operations

4. Complete ownership of their respective city in terms of business operations and growth.
