Main duties Source and recruit frontline fundraising staff in the assigned location Understand the profile of a typical candidate, the job and the organization Prepare recruitment materials and post on job boards and other agreed locations Contribute to the development of a sourcing plan for your location, e.g. through newspaper adverts, job fairs, colleges, social media etc. Build a pipeline of suitable candidates by building influential candidate relationships Follow the agreed recruitment process to receive CVs, screen them and respond back to candidates throughout the various stages of recruitment Screen walk-ins and CVs Coordinate the interview process – scheduling interviews, etc. Communicate with candidates about the status of their applications Conduct reference check of the candidate selected Regularly report on the status of recruitments and data about candidates Review regularly the quality of CV’s and its effectiveness and make necessary changes after checking with the recruitment manager
Applied knowledge and skill Proven experience as a recruiter in recruiting for frontline sales / telecalling staff (either as in-house recruiter or with a staffing company) Hands on experience with various selection processes Familiarity with recruitment related softwares and job portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven skills in using Excel to prepare reports
