We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates—across various organizational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic hiring environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute end-to-end recruitment and placement of candidates across multiple roles based on organizational requirements.
- Source and schedule candidates using various job portals in alignment with hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment under tight deadlines, ensuring effective coordination of interviews and timely closures.
- Post job advertisements on relevant job portals and platforms to attract suitable talent.
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring alignment of demand and supply.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job specifications using internal databases and other sources.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit and gather relevant information.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process until successful closure.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with pre- and post-interview procedures.
- Provide recruitment status reports to the HR Head as per defined timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding.
- Handle all recruitment formalities from selection to joining, including documentation and procedural compliance.
Requirements :
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in basic computer operations and job portal usage.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination preferred.Skills :
