Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Lead / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in the SCM modules of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, end-to-end supply chain solutions. This leadership role requires strong collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to drive successful implementations and optimizations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM solutions aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SCM-related functional and technical decisions, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Analyze complex business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions within D365 SCM capabilities.
- Architect scalable supply chain processes covering Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, and Production Control.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and technical developers on SCM best practices, configurations, and customizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
- Oversee the preparation of functional design documents, solution blueprints, and architectural diagrams.
- Manage and ensure quality delivery during all phases of the project lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts to maximize system efficiency and user adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft D365 updates, new features, and industry trends related to SCM.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to business users and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules.In-depth knowledge of core SCM functionalities : Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, and Production Control.Proven experience leading large-scale D365 SCM implementations or upgrades.Strong expertise in solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.Experience working with integrations, data migrations, and customizations within the D365 ecosystem.Familiarity with related modules like Finance, Project Operations, and Manufacturing is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.Certification in Dynamics 365 SCM or related Microsoft certifications preferred.Preferred Qualifications :
