We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead and Solution Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service and Power Pages. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on architecture and functional design, ensuring scalable, user-centric CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture and functional design of Dynamics 365 CRM Service solutions.
- Design and implement Power Pages portals for customer and partner engagement.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM strategy and roadmap.
- Provide governance, best practices, and mentorship to delivery teams.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including Customer Service and Power Platform.Proven experience designing and deploying Power Pages portals.Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure integrations, and solution architecture.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
