About the Role
L&T Valves is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Engineer – Sales to strengthen our client partnerships and fuel our growth journey.
Location : Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
- Developing new clients in designated region by exploring geographies and channels
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport
- Making technical presentations and demonstrations
- Obtain inquiries for products and serve as a liaison with the Company resource assigned
- Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings / client benefits
- Successful experience in driving innovation as a way to increase sales
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical expert
- Update professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation or allied)Minimum 3 years of experience in Valve IndustryExcellent communication and client-handling skillsCritical thinking and a spirit of innovationA proactive mindset to spot opportunities and drive value
