Job Description for Retail & Project :

Identify & Prospect new Dealers / Architects / Builders / Developers through various channels
Achieve Sales volume and product mix
Adhere to monthly quarterly and annual sales plan
Build & Maintain strong relationships with Dealers / Architects / Builders / Developers
Make Presentations to Architects / Builders / Developers
Monitor Market Competition & undertake Market Research
Identify various channels for Market Expansion

Selection Guidelines for Retail Candidate :

Candidate should have good personality and presentation skills

Must be atleast Graduate

Should have prior experience in Building Material industry (Cement industry not be considered).

Should have experience in working with Architects / Builders / Developers.

Prior experience in Retail Sales
