Our client, a leading player in the iGaming and Sports Betting industry, is seeking a Head of Acquisition and Marketing to lead their marketing and customer acquisition efforts across African markets.

This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic marketer with extensive experience in iGaming or related sectors. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing a results-driven marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, brand visibility, and regional market adaptation—particularly across Africa.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement a data-driven marketing plan tailored to African markets; monitor trends and competitor behavior to drive growth and innovation.
• Customer Acquisition : Lead cross-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, Google & Meta Ads, social media, and offline) and optimize user acquisition funnels.
• Team Leadership : Manage multiple departments, including SEO, online / offline marketing, and social media; set KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Budget & Performance Oversight : Oversee marketing budgets and ROI-focused plans, with regular performance tracking and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Product, Customer Service, Compliance) to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
• Brand & Compliance : Uphold brand identity and regulatory compliance, while championing responsible gaming practices.
