What You'll Do

Champion Uniqlo’s Values in Client

Strategic Client Leadership : Take ownership of digital account strategies while working collaboratively with channel specialists. While you won’t directly manage execution, your strategic oversight ensures cross-functional efforts align with client goals and deliver clear ROI.

Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for our digital clients. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring our partners feel supported, heard, and engaged.

Campaign Guidance & Alignment : Work closely with internal teams to monitor progress, ensure strategic consistency, and optimize campaign delivery across digital platforms.

Data-Driven Optimization : Review analytics and campaign performance data to drive iterative improvements. You’ll identify gaps, highlight successes, and recommend innovations that keep campaigns effective and efficient.

Remote Collaboration Excellence : With this part-time, fully remote role, you'll need to manage your time and tasks effectively—communicating proactively and staying in sync with teams and clients across time zones.

Project & Task Visibility : Use tools like ClickUp (or equivalent project management platforms) to track campaigns, deadlines, and progress clearly and transparently.

3–4+ years of experience in digital account handling

Strong communication & coordination skills

Familiar with digital performance, paid media & cross-team workflows
