Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a developer-turned-account manager —someone who deeply understands technology and can connect product potential with client needs. You’ll work directly with the CEO and be instrumental in shaping the future of Optellix’s client delivery and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Understand client expectations and suggest scalable technical solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction and address escalations swiftly
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of simulation and 3D visualization projectsManage scope, timelines, resources , and risk mitigationEnsure delivery meets technical and business goalsAccount Growth & Retention
Create and execute account growth strategiesIdentify new opportunities within existing client portfoliosHandle contract renewals , negotiations, and expansion plansInternal Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and salesBridge technical understanding with client needsCommunicate delivery progress with stakeholders clearlyPerformance Tracking
Monitor and report account performance KPIsSuggest and implement process improvements for better outcomesRequirements
7+ years of experience leading solution-based delivery in CAD, Web 3D, or Digital Twin domainsHands-on background in simulation product development is a mustTechnical foundation in engineering, CAD , or 3D visualization technologiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in tools like PowerPoint, CRM systems, and documentation platformsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsSelf-driven , highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts in parallelPreferred Skills
