Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - HR located in Indiranagr, Bangalore. The Assistant Manager - HR will be responsible for managing HR operations, primarily recruiting teachers, coordinators, HODs & Vice-Principals for our partner schools. Travelling to our partner schools all across india for about 6-7 days in a month. Apart from recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance at our partner schools will also be the KRA for this post. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The Assistant Manager - HR will work in a lateral team and would report to the HR Manager of the company and the HR Head as dotted line reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or masters in HR with very strong english communicatin skills.
Prior experience of 3-5 years in the education sector is a plus
