Auric AI Labs is a well-funded cutting-edge defense technology company dedicated to developing cutting edge AI-powered autonomous systems. We are building an advanced vision intelligence platform to process and analyze multi-source imagery data from satellite, drone, and ground systems. This platform will empower military commanders with comprehensive situational awareness, enabling precise target detection, tracking, and analysis for mission-critical decision-making.

Our growth depends on attracting exceptional AI researchers, computer‑vision engineers, and other world‑class technologists. As an HR Management Trainee you will be dropped into the front‑lines of that effort, owning the talent pipeline end‑to‑end while learning directly from the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the hiring funnel for highly technical roles—from sourcing to offer closure—within your first 4 weeks.
- Design first‑principles sourcing strategies : build creative Boolean & X‑Ray searches, run data‑driven experiments, and tap niche communities (ArXiv, Kaggle, DEFCON, CVPR).
- Analyze funnel metrics in our system, and iterate relentlessly to cut time‑to‑hire while raising candidate quality.
- Champion employer branding : craft engaging content, host technical challenges, and cultivate a presence within elite research circles.
- Maintain compliance and confidentiality in line with defense‑sector security requirements.
What Excites Us About You
0‑2 years’ experience or exceptional fresh graduate. Degrees welcome but not required—your track record of thinking from scratch matters more.Evidence of first‑principles problem‑solving and working on extremely challenging problemsInsanely hardworking and ownership‑driven; you run through walls to ship results.Rapid technical comprehension : you leverage AI Tools to understant technical Deep Learning architectures well enough to assess candidate fluency.Exceptional written & verbal communication ; you can hold your own with PhD‑level engineers.Bonus Points
