Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Design and implement automated CI / CD pipelines to streamline code deployment processes. Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure and automation tools.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all DevOps processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Manage incident response and RCA processes to ensure high availability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps.
