Job Description :

• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
• Deploying and managing resources for testing. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyse results.
• Should have delivered projects in banking domain.
• Ability to manage and lead project test leads, SMEs,automation and functional testers
• Excellent in test management with JIRA, Zephyr or other test management tools
• Strong experience in generating required project and test metrics, tracking,monitoring and should have done CIs for improving delivery & service quality.
• Excellent in creating insightful reporting and dashboards and present to internal and external customer stakeholders.
• Experience in Andriod and iOS applications.
• Automation knowledge, with Selenium, Apium or any other automation tools, Postman etc.
